1. Who runs the website
The website efekto-reklama.pl is run by AS INVESTMENTS Adam Staniszewski (trading name: Efekto), ul. Stefana Batorego 7, 09-200 Sierpc, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 7761706786, REGON 388397933. Contact: kontakt@efekto-reklama.pl.
2. What these terms cover
These terms set the rules for using the website, including the contact form and the free visibility audit. They do not cover contracts for building websites or marketing services - those are agreed separately.
3. Free audit
- The audit is free and does not oblige either side to anything.
- One report per domain within 24 hours.
- I aim to prepare the report within 24 business hours, but this is not a guaranteed deadline.
- The report contains my assessment and recommendations. It does not guarantee any particular position in search results or in answers from language models - nobody can control that.
- By ordering an audit you confirm that you are entitled to request an analysis of the domain you provide.
- I may refuse to carry out an audit without giving a reason, in particular if I suspect the form is being misused.
4. Content on the website
The texts, graphics, code and layout of the website are protected by copyright. You may quote them with a source. Copying the whole for commercial purposes requires my permission.
Names and trademarks of other companies, including the projects shown, belong to their owners and are used only to show the scope of my work.
5. Projects shown in frames
The portfolio section shows client websites in frames. Their owners are responsible for their content and operation. If you own one of these websites and do not want it shown this way, write to me and I will remove it without delay.
6. Complaints
Send comments about how the website works to kontakt@efekto-reklama.pl. I reply within 14 days.
7. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
8. Changes to these terms
I may change these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the update date at the top.
